Gary is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court, the United States Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, the United States Federal Court for the Eastern District of California, the United States Federal Court for the Northern District of California, the United States Federal Court for the Central District of California, the United States Federal Court for the Southern District of California, and all state courts in California. He is also admitted to the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit and for the Sixth Circuit.
